Forgot User Name

1.)   In the Criterion® Home page, go to the Sign In section and click the Forgot User Name link (see below).

2.)   In the Forgot User Name screen that appears, enter your e-mail address.

      3.)   Click <Submit>. Your user name will be sent to you. If you have not provided an e-mail address, please contact your Criterion® administrator for assistance.

Forgot Password

1.)   In the Criterion® Home page, go to the Sign In box and click the Forgot Password link.

2.)   In the Forgot Password screen that appears, enter your user name.

3.)   Click <Submit>. You will be assigned a temporary password that will be sent to your e-mail address.
